We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager for our Agency division in the Health Insurance sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective management of agency partners and implementation of sales strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with agency partners and clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive landscape.
- Train and mentor agency staff to enhance their selling capabilities.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Assist in the development of marketing campaigns to promote health insurance products.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in health insurance or financial services.
- Strong understanding of health insurance products and market trends in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
