- Work closely with the Design teams, Retail teams, external agencies like architects, contractors, vendors, laborers etc to deliver a world-class retail showroom for our premium Brands.
- Closely monitor and oversee every assigned retail fit-out project across India.
- Plan and schedule the activities required to complete the project within the given cost and time constraints.
- Ensure compliance with Statutory, Safety, and other relevant requirements.
- Ensure contractors/franchisees comply with specifications regarding materials, workmanship, and finishes.
- Serve as a single point of contact for all matters pertaining to the fit-out works for RND business development, projects, brand, and retail operations group.

Work Experience & Qualifications:

- Education: BE in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in executing retail projects.
- Exposure to interior works for Luxury/premium brands will be an added advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is desirable.
- Soft Skills: Valuable interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Other: Willingness to travel.
