- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the overall appearance of our stores and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand product offerings and promotional campaigns.
- Design and set up attractive displays, window arrangements, and product presentations in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Ensure that all visual merchandising materials, props, and signage are properly maintained and in good condition.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess visual merchandising standards and provide guidance to store teams.
- Train and educate store staff on visual merchandising techniques and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to continuously improve visual merchandising strategies.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar role within the jewelry industry.
- Strong artistic and creative abilities with an eye for detail.
- Proficient in using design software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
