- Develop strategies to identify potential locations for new store openings and negotiate deals with landlords/property owners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) to ensure seamless execution of expansion plans.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Manage relationships with existing clients/franchisees to drive business growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-6 years of experience in real estate or related field (retail property acquisition).
- Strong understanding of commercial leasing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with landlords/property owners.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
