Responsibilities:

- Main responsibilities include gathering product requirements, prioritizing feature implementations, and creating protypes
- Coordinate with the product engineering and development teams to share the prototypes and support product development
- Perform functional testing to ensure that the product meets the specifications shared
- Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience
- Contribute to thought leadership/whitepapers regularly
- Conduct periodic research to track regulatory changes, identify customer needs and market requirements
- Analyse the competition and identify the gaps
- Work closely with delivery team for a successful product delivery
- Work closely with the sales teams to educate on the product features and advantages
- Create support and training documents for internal and external users

Requirements:

- Minimum 9-10 years of relevant experience in the domains of Credit and Credit Risk
- In depth knowledge of credit processes in banks such as loans sanctioning, review and monitoring.



Exposure to collections/stressed assets management/NPA management is good to have.
- Desirable: Good exposure to Credit Risk Analytics such as
- PD/LGD/EAD computation
- Stress Testing
- Portfolio Analytics
- Exposure to relevant regulatory guidelines such as RBI/Basel

Skills Required:

- Good written and oral communication skills
- Understanding of the entire product lifecycle
- Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
- Exposure to technology products, implementation cycles would be an advantage
- Worked on requirements gathering phase with client business analysts to understand and document the requirements
- Should have strong risk management experience in reputed bank/institutions/big4 consultancy/Product firms/well known analytical companies
- Functional involvement across the project life cycle (requirements gathering, functional use cases and reviews)
