We are looking for a Junior Project Manager who can support project execution, coordinate with internal creative and technical teams, manage timelines, and ensure smooth delivery of projects to clients.

Key Responsibilities

/n

Project Coordination

/n

/n

- Assist in managing projects from briefing to final delivery.

/n

- Understand client requirements and convert them into transparent project tasks and timelines.

/n

- Prepare project trackers, schedules, task lists, and status reports.

/n

- Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines.

/n

- Follow up with internal teams and vendors to keep projects on track.

/n

/n

/n

Client Coordination

/n

/n

- Coordinate with clients for project requirements, feedback, approvals, and updates.

/n

- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the project.

/n

- Schedule review meetings and ensure feedback is properly documented and communicated to the relevant teams.

/n

- Escalate project delays, scope changes, or critical issues to the Senior Project Manager.

/n

Team Coordination

/n

/n

- Coordinate with 3D artists, designers, video editors, developers, Unreal artists, and other creative/technical teams .

/n

- Ensure team members have the required briefs, references, assets, and information to execute their tasks.

/n

- Track revisions and ensure feedback is implemented correctly.

/n

- Follow up on pending tasks and dependencies.

/n

Project Delivery & Quality

/n

/n

- Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.

/n

- Conduct basic quality checks before client submissions.

/n

- Ensure files, assets, presentations, and deliverables are properly organized.

/n

- Support the Senior Project Manager in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

/n

/n

/n

Documentation & Reporting

/n

/n

- Maintain project trackers, meeting notes, client feedback, and approval records.

/n

- Prepare regular project status updates.

/n

- Maintain proper documentation of project requirements, revisions, and final approvals.

/n

- Identify recurring project issues and suggest process improvements.

/n

/n

/n

Who We Are Looking For

/n

/n

- 3–5 years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, Client Servicing, Operations, or a similar role.

/n

- Experience in a Creative Agency, Real Estate, Architectural Visualization, Prop Tech, Production House, Digital Agency, or Technology company is preferred.

/n





- Good understanding of project timelines, task management, and team coordination.

/n

- Strong communication and follow-up skills.

/n

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

/n

- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

/n

- Comfortable working with creative and technical teams.

/n

- Basic understanding of 3D visualization, architectural drawings, video production, digital products, or AI tools will be an advantage.

/n

- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Click Up, or similar project management tools is a plus.

/n

- Robust command of written and verbal English.

/n
