Sales Engineer – Construction Equipment

SSSH Equipments Private Limited is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineers to join our Construction Equipment Sales team.

/n

Locations: Chennai | Vellore | Tiruvannamalai

/n

Experience: 1–2 years

/n

Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month + Fuel Allowance + Performance Incentives

/n

Employment: Full-time | Field Sales

/n

About the Role

/n

We are looking for Sales Engineers who are passionate about construction equipment and field sales and can build strong relationships with customers across their assigned territory.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

- Promote and sell Hyundai Construction Equipment

/n

- Generate new leads and develop new customer accounts

/n

- Visit contractors, builders, infrastructure companies, equipment owners and other potential customers

/n

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable equipment

/n

- Maintain solid relationships with existing customers

/n

- Conduct regular field visits and follow up on enquiries

/n

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

/n

- Coordinate with service and internal teams to ensure excellent customer support

/n

- Monitor market activities and competitor products

/n

Candidate Requirements

/n

- 1–2 years of experience in sales / field sales

/n

- Experience in construction equipment,



heavy machinery, automobiles, tractors or industrial equipment will be preferred

/n

- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory

/n

- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

/n

- Strong interest in field sales and customer relationship management

/n

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

/n

- Valid two-wheeler driving licence

/n

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Automobile or Engineering will be an advantage

/n
