About the Role

/n

iQuanta is looking for confident and engaging English Language Mentors to provide personalised 1:1 English communication and speaking practice sessions to students.

/n

This is a flexible part-time opportunity where the mentor will work closely with assigned students, help them build their English from the basics, improve their communication skills, and provide regular feedback on their progress.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Conduct 1:1 online English sessions of 30 minutes each.

/n

- Help students improve their spoken English, grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and communication skills.

/n

- Teach English concepts from the basics in a simple and practical manner.

/n

- Conduct regular speaking and communication practice sessions.

/n

- Provide constructive feedback and help students improve continuously.

/n

- Track individual student progress and identify areas requiring improvement.

/n

- Maintain consistency and punctuality across all scheduled sessions.

/n

- Create a comfortable and encouraging workplace for students to practise speaking English.

/n

- Complete all assigned sessions within the defined cycle.

/n

Candidate Requirements

/n

/n





- Good spoken English and strong communication skills.

/n

- Strong command of English grammar and pronunciation.

/n

- Ability to teach English from the basics.

/n

- Comfortable conducting speaking and communication practice sessions.

/n

- Ability to provide regular feedback and track student progress.

/n

- Comfortable with 1:1 online teaching and mentoring.

/n

- Reliable, punctual, and consistent with scheduled sessions.

/n

- Flexible to work part-time as per the assigned schedule.

/n

- Prior experience as an English Language Mentor, English Trainer, Communication Coach, Spoken English Trainer, or English Faculty is preferred.

Optional Content Opportunity

/n

Mentors who are available may also be invited to visit the iQuanta office once a week for content shoots related to English and communication. This is completely optional and not mandatory for the role.
