Hiring: Deputy Project Manager – Ballastless Track

Location: Mumbai/Pune, Maharashtra

Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years

Qualification: Graduate in Civil / Mechanical Engineering

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Deputy Project Manager – Ballastless Track to support the execution and management of large-scale Railway/Metro Track Projects. The ideal candidate should possess solid technical expertise in ballastless track systems, project coordination, and site execution within metro or railway infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

/n

- Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, and monitoring of ballastless track works

/n

- Supervise day-to-day site activities ensuring compliance with project schedules and quality standards

/n

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments for smooth project execution

/n

- Ensure implementation of safety procedures, technical specifications, and contract requirements

/n

- Monitor progress of slab track and ballastless track installations and resolve site-related issues

/n

- Conduct site inspections,



quality checks, and progress reporting

/n

- Support project documentation, billing, procurement coordination, and approvals

/n

/n

Required Experience & Skills:

/n

✔ Minimum 10 years of experience in railway/metro infrastructure projects

/n

✔ Minmum 4 years of experience in relevant track works

/n

✔ Experience in execution and supervision of urban metro or railway projects

/n

✔ Knowledge of technical standards, quality control, and safety procedures

/n

✔ Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills

/n

✔ Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools

/n

/n

Compensation: As per industry standards and candidate experience.
