Hiring for a Client - Prose Integrated

We are looking for a Senior PR professional with strong agency and integrated communications experience to manage client accounts, lead media engagement, and deliver strategic PR programs. The role requires strong experience in Real Estate PR for one position, while the second position is open to candidates from any industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage PR operations and independently handle assigned client accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic PR plans and communication programs.
- Lead media outreach, pitching, and long-term media relationship management.
- Develop, review, and quality-check press releases, pitches, bylines, and communication materials.
- Coordinate with digital, social, creative, and strategy teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, status updates, and strategic discussions.
- Manage media monitoring, reporting, and campaign insights.
- Guide and mentor PR executives and junior team members.
- Handle issues management, reactive communications, and crisis situations.
- Support new business pitches, proposals, and business development initiatives.
- Use AI tools effectively for research, content development, and PR workflows.
- Create high-quality Power Point presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in PR / Corporate Communications,



preferably within a PR agency or integrated communications environment.
- For the Real Estate position, 4+ years of relevant PR experience in the Real Estate sector is mandatory.
- Proven experience independently managing PR client accounts end-to-end, including client relationships, presentations, and strategic planning.
- Strong and established media relationships with proven experience in media pitching and outreach.
- Excellent content development skills across press releases, pitches, bylines, and corporate communications.
- Experience leading integrated campaigns involving digital, social, creative, and strategy teams.
- Experience managing, mentoring, and guiding PR teams or junior professionals.
- Hands-on experience with issues management, reactive communications, and crisis situations.
- Experience supporting current business pitches and proposal development.
- Proficiency in AI tools and Power Point presentation development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated career stability with sustained tenures and no pattern of frequent job changes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience with integrated marketing, digital PR, and strategic communications.
- Strong ability to manage multiple client priorities and deadlines independently.
