Role DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's sales and revenue objectives. The candidate will develop and implement business development strategies while working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.

ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through various channelsBuild and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clientsUnderstand client requirements and present suitable products/servicesConduct sales calls, meetings,



and follow-ups with potential clientsAchieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growthPrepare and deliver business proposals and presentationsMaintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactionsMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developmentsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery

QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related roleStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clientsStrong customer relationship management skillsTarget-oriented with a proactive and result-driven approachGood problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesStrong organizational skills and attention to detail
