Key Responsibilities• Handle inbound & outbound calls with U.S.-based customers• Manage past-due accounts with empathy and professionalism• Resolve billing disputes and account-related concerns• Negotiate realistic payment arrangements• Maintain accurate CRM notes,
payment promises & account records• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving collection goals
What We’re Looking ForPrior experience in
First-Party Collections / International Customer SupportU.S. Voice experience preferredMinimum
B2 English proficiencyStrong communication & conflict-resolution skillsHigh emotional intelligence and customer-handling abilityComfortable working from the Gurgaon office
