Responsibilities :Sales Target AchievementMeet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve assigned goals.

Lead GenerationIdentify potential clients through research, networking,



and cold-calling.Qualify leads to ensure alignment with the company’s products or services.

Client Engagement & DemonstrationConduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present the company’s offerings.Understand client needs and tailor presentations to address their specific requirements, with support from the reporting manager.Fix appointments and coordinate demos for prospective clients.

Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain solid relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.Provide ongoing support, addressing client concerns or issues promptly.

Reporting & DocumentationMaintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system.Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.

Market ResearchStay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.Provide actionable feedback to the company on market needs and potential opportunities.
