Hiring: Brand Partnerships & Sponsorship Manager | D2CWe’re looking for afull-time Brand Partnerships & Business Development Managerto build and manage partnerships with D2C brands across our creator-led events and experiences.We’re building a platform aroundUGC creators, influencers, models and brands , and are looking for someone who can take ownership of the brand partnership function end-to-end.What you’ll do:Build relationships with D2C brands and marketing decision-makersIdentify and pitch brands for partnerships, sponsorships and collaborationsOwn the entire sales cycle — prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closing (we already have messages to get you enough meetings)Develop creative brand integration opportunities across events and creator activationsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of potential brand partnersManage relationships with existing partners and drive repeat collaborationsWho we’re looking for:1-4 years of experience inbrand partnerships, sponsorships, influencer marketing, media sales or business developmentExisting relationships withD2C / consumer brandsis a strong plusStrong communication, pitching and negotiation skillsSomeone who is highly proactive and comfortable with targetsStrong understanding of thecreator economy, influencer marketing and D2C landscapeMost importantly, someone who canopen doors and close dealsLocation:Delhi NCRType:Full time (WFH)Compensation:Competitive + performance incentivesImmediate opportunity:You’ll be joining at an exciting time, with our next invite-only creator event happening on 4th September, featuring30–40 UGC creators, influencers and models .Interested?
