Chakra is looking for a highly creative

Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor

to bring our brand to life through bold, energetic and visually exciting social content.

We're looking for someone who can take raw footage and transform it into content that makes people stop scrolling. Think

dynamic edits, animated typography, beat-synced transitions, motion graphics, creative effects and strong visual storytelling.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who loves experimenting, has exceptional attention to detail, and is constantly looking for ways to make content cooler.

What You'll Do

Edit high-quality

Instagram Reels and short-form video contentCreate motion graphics, animated typography and dynamic text treatmentsAdd creative transitions, effects, overlays and visual elements that elevate raw footageCreate beat-synced edits that bring Chakra's music and energy to lifeUse techniques such as motion tracking, masking, speed ramping and compositing where appropriateShoot and capture content across Chakra studios, classes, events and activationsCreate polished

static and video Instagram StoriesDesign social media graphics, promotional creatives and campaign assetsTurn everyday moments at Chakra into compelling, shareable contentIdentify recent editing styles,



visual trends and content formats that could work for the brandWork with instructors and studio teams to capture the footage and content you needSupport launches, collaborations, events and campaigns with creative assetsHelp maintain a consistent and distinctive visual identity across Chakra's social channels

Who We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in

motion graphics, video editing, motion design or social content creationStrong proficiency in

Adobe After EffectsStrong proficiency in

Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent professional video-editing softwareStrong understanding of motion graphics, animated typography and visual effectsGood graphic design skills and a strong understanding of typography, composition and layoutComfortable shooting high-quality content on a phone and/or cameraStrong understanding of Instagram Reels and current short-form video stylesA natural sense of rhythm, pacing and music when editingExcellent attention to detailAble to work quickly without compromising creative qualityProactive and comfortable experimenting with new ideas, effects and editing techniquesStrong visual taste and an understanding of what feels current versus overdone

Experience creating content for

fitness, music, fashion, nightlife, sports, hospitality or lifestyle brands

is a plus.
