Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain

daily accounting records and bookkeepingHandle

billing, invoice entries, and payment trackingManage accounting entries in

Tally ERPPrepare daily and monthly

expense reportsMaintain

vendor payment records and petty cashProvide basic support for

GST and accounting documentationMaintain and update

Excel sheets and MIS reportsTrack receivables, payments, and outstanding amountsCoordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding payment and accounting mattersMaintain proper documentation of financial transactionsSupport management with routine accounting and reporting requirements

Required Skills✅ Basic to good knowledge of

Tally ERP✅ Understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping✅ Good knowledge of





MS Excel & Word✅ Basic understanding of GST and invoicing✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy✅ Good communication and coordination skills✅ Ability to maintain records and meet deadlines✅ Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly

Preferred Candidate ProfileB.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / Commerce background

preferred1–3 years of experience

in accounting/bookkeeping preferredExperience with

Tally, invoicing, GST and Excel

will be an advantageFreshers with strong accounting fundamentals and Tally knowledge may also applyCandidates who can independently manage day-to-day accounting activities will be preferred
