We are looking for a

creative, technically skilled and highly motivated Photographer & Content Creator

who can capture the quality of our products, students, chefs, classes and brand experience across digital platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute

professional photo and video shoots

for La Bake AmorePhotograph

cakes, pastries, breads, desserts and other food products

with strong attention to composition and detailCapture

classes, student activities, chef demonstrations, workshops and academy eventsCreate engaging visual content for

Instagram, YouTube, website, advertisements and other digital platformsProduce high-quality

Reels, short-form videos and social media contentWork closely with the marketing and academic teams to understand campaign and content requirementsDevelop creative concepts and shot lists for

product launches, courses, campaigns and promotionsHandle lighting, camera equipment, backgrounds and basic production setupEdit photographs professionally, including

colour correction, retouching, cropping and image optimisationEdit short-form videos and Reels with appropriate pacing, transitions, music and textMaintain an organised

digital library of photographs and video assetsEnsure consistent visual quality and brand aesthetics across all contentAssist with behind-the-scenes and day-to-day content creation when requiredStay updated with

current social media formats,

What We’re Looking For1–3 years of qualified experience

in photography, videography or content creationStrong understanding of

food photography and product photographyGood knowledge of composition, lighting, framing and visual storytellingExperience shooting

Reels and short-form social media videosProficiency with professional cameras and photography equipmentStrong knowledge of editing tools such as

Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or equivalentStrong eye for

detail, aesthetics and presentationAbility to make food and people look

premium, aspirational and visually appealingCreative mindset with the ability to generate new content ideasGood communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a

fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExperience with

food, hospitality, bakery, restaurant or lifestyle brands
