Global Outcomes.The RoleWe are looking for an Education Consultant / Study Abroad Counsellor to manage students from enquiry to enrolment.This is a counselling-driven role, not just application processing. You will guide students and parents, recommend suitable options, and convert enquiries into admissions.Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents on study abroad options based on profile and goalsRecommend suitable countries, universities and coursesManage the full journey: enquiry to counselling, application,



offer, visa and enrolmentConduct counselling via in-person meetings, calls, WhatsApp and online sessionsAll student meetings and engagement activities are in-officeFollow up with students and maintain a structured pipelineSupport applications, SOPs, documents and deadlinesGuide students through offers, scholarships, deposits and enrolmentAssist with visa process coordinationMaintain accurate student records and updatesRe-engage leads and generate referralsParticipate in events, webinars and university sessionsBuild relationships with university representativesWork towards counselling and enrolment targetsWhat We Are Looking ForExperience in overseas education counselling or related fieldKnowledge of major destinations (Australia, UK, Ireland, NZ, Germany, UAE preferred)Strong English communication skillsAbility to counsel students and parents confidentlyGood understanding of academic profiling and course selectionStrong follow-up and organisation skillsTarget-driven and detail-orientedAbility to give honest, realistic guidanceProactive and self-drivenWhat MattersWe value consultants who can counsel well, follow through, and convert leads into enrolments.
