Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering

- 8–10 years of experience in sourcing, program management, and supplier management

Key Skills & Expertise:

- Proven experience in sourcing, negotiation, dual sourcing, and supplier relationship management

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and commodities related to product development and cost structures

- Ability to read and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs)

- Highly self-motivated,



capable of working independently with minimal supervision

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Familiarity with SAP MM (Materials Management) module

- Experience in cost modeling and understanding of cost structures (e.g., outsourced assemblies, module-level markups, margins)

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on new product introductions (NPI) or design change projects

- Ability to interpret technical drawings; experience using 3D modeling and PLM tools

- Prior experience working with global suppliers and managing international sourcing relationships
