Requirements

- Lead end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery across all phases

- Provide expert guidance on SAP HCM Payroll best practices, industry standards, and compliance requirements

- Configure and customize SAP HCM Payroll modules to align with specific client needs, with a focus on accuracy and compliance

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within SAP HCM Payroll applications and integrations

- Conduct client workshops, training sessions,



and knowledge transfer activities for both clients and internal teams

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems

- Keep abreast of latest SAP HCM Payroll enhancements, legal changes, and technology trends

Must-Have Skills:

- Extensive experience as a Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant, with a strong focus on US Payroll

- Deep understanding of SAP HCM Payroll functionalities, including payroll schemas, rules, and wage types

- Proven expertise in SAP Payroll configuration, including system setup, testing, and deployment
