Role Summary The role anchors knowledge dissemination,partnerships, and outreach efforts, with a robust focus ontechnology transfer, Global South engagement, and ecosystembuilding across research, industry, and funding partners. KeyResponsibilities Lead knowledge and media campaigns for the Domain,including social media, digital platforms, and print products.Coordinate with the central knowledge management unit to ensurealignment and quality of outputs. Manage external vendors andagencies for design, production, and quality control of knowledgeproducts. Create and maintain project websites and social mediapages. Manage coordination with interested clients and enquiries,ensuring timely responses. Anchor coordination and management ofSouth–South Task Force activities. Conduct primary and secondaryresearch in priority sectors to generate insights, use-cases,



andindustry analyses for technology transfer initiatives. Build andmanage a pipeline of high-impact technologies using readiness-level(technical and commercial) assessment frameworks, in collaborationwith programme teams. Support development of proposals, pitchdecks, and strategic linkages with funders and ecosystem actors,particularly in the Global South. Anchor content development androllout of technology- and knowledge-based products. Build andmanage partnerships with external agencies, institutions, andstakeholders. Qualifications Masters degree or equivalent inInternational Affairs, Public Administration, Development Studies,or related disciplines.
