The role is responsible forensuring a smooth, structured, and risk-controlled transitionwithin the defined timeline while maintaining service continuityand quality. Key Responsibilities ::: Lead and manage theend-to-end transition phase (planning execution stabilization)Define and maintain transition plan, timeline, and governanceframework (aligned with ~2-month transition schedule) Coordinateknowledge transfer (KT), shadowing, and reverse shadowingactivities Ensure completeness of documentation (process flows, KTmaterials, SOPs, runbooks) Manage transition risks, issues, anddependencies with proper mitigation plans Work closely withincumbent vendors, client stakeholders, and delivery teams Defineservice readiness criteria (people, process, tools) Ensure seamlesshandover into AMS operations (L2/L3 support model)



Monitortransition progress and report status to stakeholders regularlySupport early-life support and stabilization post-transition Alignresource onboarding and ramp-up plan with transition milestonesRequirements ::: 8+ years of experience in IT services, with strongexposure to application transition / service transition Experiencemanaging transition for Oracle EBS / Fusion environments Strongunderstanding of AMS delivery model (L2/L3 support) Provenexperience in transition planning, governance, and executionExperience working in multi-vendor and global delivery environmentsFamiliar with integration landscape (OIC, APIs, PaaS) is anadvantage Experience with structured methodologies (ITIL,transition frameworks) Oracle-related certification is a plusSkills:::: Strong project and stakeholder management skillsExcellent planning, coordination, and risk management Strongcommunication and reporting capability Ability to manage multipleworkstreams under tight timelines Language Requirement Positive Englishcommunication skills (both verbal and written) are mandatoryWorking Conditions Work aligned with UAE timezone Closecoordination with global/offshore teams Flexibility to supportcritical transition phases and escalations
