JobDescription: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focusedindividual to join our team as an Airline Ticketing Process/ GroundStaff. In this role, you will be responsible for assistingcustomers with their travel needs, including booking flights,processing payments, and providing information about travelpolicies and procedures. You will also be responsible for ensuringa smooth check-in process for passengers and providing assistanceto customers with special needs. Responsibilities: - Assistcustomers with booking airline tickets, hotel reservations, and carrentals - Process payments and issue tickets to customers - Provideinformation about travel policies and procedures - Handle customerinquiries and resolve any issues that may arise - Ensure a smoothcheck-in process for passengers - Assist customers with specialneeds,



such as wheelchair assistance or unaccompanied minors -Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficientservice - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customerservice at all times - Keep up-to-date with industry trends andchanges in airline policies Qualifications: - High school diplomaor equivalent - Previous experience in the travel industry ispreferred - Excellent customer service and communication skills -Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment -Knowledge of airline ticketing systems and procedures - Proficientin computer skills, including Microsoft Office and GDS systems -Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends -Must be able to handle stressful situations and difficult customerswith patience and professionalism - Must be able to lift up to 50pounds and stand for long periods of time Contract Details: This isa full-time position with a competitive salary and benefitspackage. The working hours will be based on a rotating schedule,including evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will berequired to undergo a background check and drug screening.
