Key Responsibilities : Assist in implementing andmonitoring quality control processes on construction sites. Conductinspections and tests on materials, finishes, and constructionactivities to ensure compliance with project specifications andquality standards. Support the implementation and maintenance ofQMS specific to real estate projects. Document inspections, testresults, and non-conformances, and assist with corrective actions.Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance withquality standards. Collaborate with project teams, contractors, andsuppliers to ensure quality is maintained throughout theconstruction process. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in CivilEngineering, Quality Management, or related field. 4-5 years ofexperience in quality control or QMS within the real estate orconstruction industry. Knowledge of quality control techniques andQMS standards, preferably in construction and real estate.Proficient in MS Office and quality management software. Strongattention to detail, communication, and reportingskills.
