Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end interviewscheduling for US-based hiring teams. Partner with US recruiters,hiring managers, and business stakeholders to ensure a smoothrecruitment process. Manage interview calendars, candidatecommunications, and scheduling logistics. Act as the primary pointof contact between candidates and hiring teams. Ensure anexceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitmentlifecycle. Handle multiple hiring requirements while maintainingaccuracy and timelines. Maintain recruitment data, interviewrecords, and recruitment reports.



Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to support hiring objectives and process improvements.Required Skills 2–4 years of experience in US Talent Acquisition orUS Interview Coordination Strong understanding of the USrecruitment lifecycle Experience working with US stakeholders andhiring managers Excellent verbal and written communication skillsOutstanding articulation and executive presence Strong stakeholdermanagement and coordination skills Ability to work independently ina quick-paced environment Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills Experience using ATS and recruitment coordinationtools is an added advantage What We're Looking For We'respecifically looking for candidates who have: Hands-on US TalentAcquisition experience Experience managing US stakeholdersExcellent communication and presentation skills Strong interviewcoordination experience Ability to multitask and manage high-volumehiring activities Why Join Us?
