Develop andimplement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualifiedcandidates. Source candidates through various channels, includingjob portals, social media platforms,employee referrals, andprofessional networks. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews,and shortlist candidates for further evaluation. Schedule andcoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Manage and maintain a database of potential candidates for futurereference. Provide timely updates to hiring managers and candidatesthroughout the recruitment process. Ensure a seamless onboardingexperience for recent hires. Stay updated on industry trends and bestpractices in talent acquisition
