Your responsibilities will spanfrom building a strong engineering culture to ensuringorganizational health and efficiency in delivery and competencedevelopment. You will oversee recruiting, staffing, and talentretention, ensuring a balanced mix of consultants and employeesacross tech locations. Additionally, you will manage stakeholderexpectations, address conflicting priorities, and translatelong-term objectives into actionable strategies, maintaining abalance between tactical and strategic perspectives PeopleDevelopment Provide strategic direction and mentoring to SAPApplication Engineers. Conduct performance reviews, set goals, andcreate career development plans.



Lead recruitment andonboarding efforts aligned with organizational objectives. Organizetraining programs to ensure engineers possess the skills needed forsuccess. Budget Management Plan and manage the overall budget forthe product area. Ensure efficient allocation of resources acrossteams. Cross-functional Coordination Collaborate with ProductManagers and Engineering Managers to maintain cross-functionalalignment. Ensure team efforts align with business goals andstrategic initiatives. Staffing Manage team composition andworkloads, addressing staffing needs holistically. Maintain anoptimal ratio of consultants and employees to balance expertise andcost. Develop location strategies for onshore, nearshore, andoffshore staffing models. 35 years of managerial experience insimilar roles. Demonstrated expertise as an SAP Manager, withexperience leading teams in this domain. Solid understanding ofWarehouse Management processes in both e-commerce and traditionalsettings. Proven ability to manage resource allocation budgets inlarge enterprises with complex backend systems. Skills Strongleadership and mentoring abilities to foster professional growth.Capacity to balance stakeholder priorities and deliver practicalsolutions. Excellent collaboration and communication skills toalign cross-functional teams.
