Key Responsibilities: -Assisting the ground staff team in daily tasks such as checking inpassengers, handling baggage, and coordinating with otherdepartments. - Providing excellent customer service to passengersand addressing any queries or concerns they may have. - Ensuringthe safety and security of passengers and their belongings at alltimes.



- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the airportterminal and surrounding areas. - Assisting in the loading andunloading of baggage and cargo. - Adhering to all safety andsecurity protocols and following company policies and procedures.Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in any field. - Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in afast-paced and dynamic environment. - Strong customer serviceskills. - Basic computer knowledge. - Willingness to work in shiftsand on weekends. - Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects. -Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus.
