Healthcare Marketing Creative Strategist Remote |Lifestyle Medical Facility | 30 Hours per Week | $6 per Hour Aboutthe Role A growing lifestyle medical facility is seeking aHealthcare Marketing Creative Strategist to support its rebrandingefforts and strengthen the presentation of its patient-facingcontent, website, and digital marketing materials. This rolecombines creative strategy with hands-on execution. You will helpassess the facility's current branding, recommend improvements,generate content ideas, and bring the approved direction to lifethrough Canva, WordPress, patient education materials, and digitalcontent. This is not a role for someone who only waits forcompleted design instructions. The ideal candidate can understandthe facility's goals, ask thoughtful questions, identifyopportunities, explain creative recommendations, and personallyproduce high-quality materials. Key Responsibilities 1. BrandAssessment and Rebranding Review the facility's website, patientmaterials, visual identity, messaging, and existing marketingcontent. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the facility'smission, services, target audience, goals, and preferred branddirection. Develop mood boards, messaging options, sample layouts,and creative concepts for review. Apply the approved branddirection consistently across digital and printed materials. 2.Content Strategy and Creative Ideation Generate content ideas basedon the facility's services, target patients, brand direction, andmarketing priorities. Define the intended audience, key message,purpose, and desired action for each piece of content. Identifyunclear messaging, missing information, weak calls to action, andopportunities to improve patient engagement. Develop contentconcepts for patient education, service promotion, websites, blogs,and social media. 3. Canva Design and Template Development Createand redesign patient handouts, brochures, infographics,presentations, social media graphics, and educational resources.Develop reusable Canva templates that follow consistent typography,spacing, colors, imagery, and layout standards. Organize templatesand brand assets so the internal team can easily maintain andupdate materials. Build efficient Canva workflows that reducerepetitive design work. 4. Microsoft Publisher-to-Canva MigrationReview, organize, and prioritize existing Microsoft Publisherdocuments. Convert Publisher files into editable Canva documentswhile improving readability and visual consistency. Apply approvedbranding while preserving accurate clinical and patientinformation. Establish organized naming, folder, version-control,and approval systems for migrated materials. 5.
WordPress WebsiteSupport Review the website from a branding, messaging, usability,and patient-content perspective. Update website text, images,graphics, service information, blogs, downloadable resources, andcalls to action. Apply approved branding across relevant pages andensure content displays properly on desktop and mobile devices.Coordinate with technical support when advanced coding ordevelopment is required. 6. Patient-Facing Marketing MaterialsCreate clear and engaging materials that help patients understandthe facility's services and care options. Improve educationalcontent related to nutrition, lifestyle medicine, weightmanagement, women's health, and other approved services. Useprofessional, supportive, and patient-friendly language andvisuals. Include clear next steps and appropriate calls to actionwhile following the facility's clinical approval process. 7. SocialMedia and Digital Content Develop graphics, carousels, short-formvideos, educational posts, and other brand-aligned digital content.Adapt content to the audience and requirements of each platform.Connect content to actions such as visiting the website, learningabout a service, or scheduling an appointment. Repurpose approvedcontent across channels while maintaining consistent messaging. 8.Workflow and Process Improvement Establish an organized workflowfor requests, drafts, revisions, approvals, and finalizedmaterials. Maintain a centralized library of templates, brandassets, graphics, and approved content. Develop naming conventions,version-control standards, project trackers, and basic processdocumentation. Recommend Canva, WordPress, AI-assisted, or approvedautomation tools that improve efficiency. 9. StakeholderCollaboration Collaborate with stakeholders throughout discovery,concept development, approval, and implementation. Ask thoughtfulquestions before recommending major brand or content changes.Present focused creative options and explain recommendations inclear, nontechnical language. Receive feedback professionally andcommunicate progress, obstacles, dependencies, and requiredapprovals. Initial Priorities During the first stage of the role,you may be responsible for: Reviewing the existing website, patientresources,
