Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance forLaboratory IT systems, including hardware, software, and networkinfrastructure. Collaborate with laboratory staff and IT teams toaddress technical issues, ensure system reliability, and minimizedowntime in compliance with GXP and GMP regulations. Performroutine maintenance tasks, including system updates, backups, andsecurity patches, to maintain the integrity and security oflaboratory IT systems. Assist in the implementation of current ITsystems and technologies, ensuring seamless integration withexisting laboratory workflows and compliance requirements. Documentsupport activities, including incident reports, service requests,and resolution procedures, to maintain a comprehensive record of ITsupport activities and compliance efforts. Stay updated withindustry trends and best practices in Laboratory IT support,GXP/GMP regulations, and emerging technologies to enhance theefficiency and effectiveness of IT support services. Qualificationsand Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Information Technology,



or a related field. 5 to 7 years of workingexperience Proven experience in IT support roles, preferably in alaboratory or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Familiaritywith GXP and GMP regulations, with experience in implementing andmaintaining compliant IT systems and processes. Strong technicalskills in hardware and software troubleshooting, networkadministration, and IT security. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise withlaboratory staff, IT teams, and regulatory authorities.Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on compliance, accuracy, anddocumentation in a regulated environment. Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamicenvironment while adhering to strict deadlines and regulatoryrequirements.
