Oracle Retail RMS Developer/ Oracle RMS DevelopmentExpert Level: Senior/ Expert Working place: Remote Global ABOUT THEROLE: As an RMS Development Expert, you will be responsible fordesigning, developing, customizing, and implementing Oracle RetailMerchandising solutions to support Client business needs. This roleis intended for hands-on development-focused candidates with provenexperience in project implementation and software engineering,rather than production support or maintenance-only backgrounds. Youwill work independently on complex development tasks, apply systemdevelopment methodologies and best practices, and deliverhigh-quality functional and technical solutions. You may also takea lead role in project delivery, collaborate with business and ITstakeholders, and contribute across the full software developmentlife cycle. This is a remote global role, working closely withteams in Thailand and Vietnam. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Develop andmaintain Oracle Retail Merchandising software applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Participate in thesoftware development life cycle (SDLC). Write clean and efficientcode. Conduct software testing and debugging. Collaborate on codereviews. Monitor and maintain existing Oracle Retail softwaresystems. ComputerScience, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on developmentexperience in complex system implementation projects. At least 2full project implementation cycles in a development role.Experience with Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS)implementation is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of RetailMerchandising System (RMS) and Retail Price System (RPS). Solidskills in system analysis, technical design, and softwaredevelopment. Experience working with Oracle Database and/or MSSQL.Familiarity with Agile methodology. Good problem-solving andcommunication skills in English.
