What you can expect: Preferred by Natureis looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to support and grow oursupply chain certification services in India. You will conduct FSCChain of Custody and Controlled Wood audits, manage clientportfolios, and coordinate certification projects from planning tocompletion. Working closely with clients and internal teams, youwill help ensure credible certification services that supportresponsible forest product supply chains and contribute to betteroutcomes for people, nature, and climate. Working with us is neverroutine so the first year you can expect the following areas to becentral to your work. Conduct FSC Chain of Custody and ControlledWood audits, both on site and remotely Manage audit logistics,scheduling, and coordination of certification activities Maintainand grow relationships with assigned client portfolio Prepare highquality audit reports and ensure compliance with certificationrequirements Coordinate audit teams and contribute to qualitycontrol processes Support client inquiries related to certificationstandards and requirements Contribute to improving audit processesand service delivery Support implementation of current certificationservices where relevant Your first year with us Within threemonths, you will: Build understanding of Preferred by Nature’smission, certification services,



and audit processes Shadow auditsand support audit planning, logistics, and reporting Establishworking relationships with team members and assigned clients Withinsix months, you will: Lead selected audits independently includingplanning, execution, and reporting Manage audit scheduling andcoordination for assigned clients Support quality control andclient communication throughout audit processes Within one year,you will: Manage a client portfolio independently from planning todelivery Act as Lead Auditor and Task Manager across multipleprojects Contribute to service improvements and support regionalcertification activities Important that you: Hold a Bachelor degreein forestry, environmental management, biology, geography, orrelated field Have 2 to 3 years of experience in the forestproducts or related industries Have strong verbal and writtencommunication skills in English Are able to manage multiplepriorities independently and within a team Are willing to travelfrequently, up to 70 percent of the time Maintain high professionalintegrity and customer service orientation Are motivated tocontribute to Preferred by Nature’s mission Would also be great,but not necessary, if you:
