The ideal candidate shouldhave hands-on architecture and design experience on the ServiceNowplatform and should also have 4–5 years of prior experience as aTech Lead managing ServiceNow implementations.



Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and architect ServiceNow solutions with a focus on FSO(Field Service Operations). Implement and optimize DisputeManagement functionality within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Leadsolution design discussions with business stakeholders andtranslate requirements into scalable architecture. Providetechnical leadership and governance across ServiceNow developmentteams. Ensure best practices in ServiceNow platform architecture,integrations, and workflow automation. Collaborate withcross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation anddeployment. Review and guide technical implementations performed bydevelopment teams. Required Skills Strong experience in ServiceNowarchitecture and platform capabilities. Hands-on expertise withField Service Operations (FSO) module. Experience implementingDispute Management workflows and processes. Solid understanding ofServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs), integrations, andCMDB. Proven technical leadership experience (4–5 years as TechLead) in ServiceNow implementations. Ability to design scalableenterprise ServiceNow solutions.
