As our hiring mandates grow,we are looking for a Talent Research Specialist who will play acritical role in identifying and mapping top talent across thegaming ecosystem. Role Overview The Talent Research Specialistsupports the recruitment team by identifying, researching, andmapping potential candidates across relevant companies andplatforms. This role focuses on candidate discovery, talentmapping, and building strong pipelines that help Playdawn deliverhigh-quality candidates to clients. This position is ideal forsomeone interested in recruitment, research, and the gamingindustry , with strong attention to detail and curiosity about howcompanies build their teams. Key Responsibilities Identifycompanies within the gaming and interactive entertainment ecosystemrelevant to open hiring mandates. Map teams within those companiesto understand organizational structure and talent distribution .Identify potential candidates with the correct technical skills andexperience based on client requirements.



Build and maintainstructured talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring mandates.Conduct detailed research across platforms such as LinkedIn ,GitHub , and ArtStation to discover relevant candidates. Maintainand update candidate records in the companys recruitment database.Track and organize passive talent who may be suitable for futureopportunities. Support recruiters by preparing candidate lists andresearch insights for active hiring mandates. Assist in outreachpreparation by ensuring candidate data is accurate and relevant.What Were Looking For 0–3 years of experience in recruitmentresearch, sourcing, talent mapping, or similar analytical roles .Strong internet research and analytical skills. Familiarity withplatforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, or portfolio platforms is aplus. Ability to organize information and maintain structuredcandidate databases. Curiosity about the gaming and technologyindustry . Strong attention to detail and ability to workindependently.
