Experience: 10-15 Years Mode: WFO ( 5 Days ) JobLocation: Bangalore Job Type: Full Time • Minimum 5 years’experience in Object Oriented Design and/or Functional Programmingin Python. 10 - 15 years of experience • Mature softwareengineering skills, such as source control versioning, requirementspec, architecture, and design review, testing methodologies,CI/CD, etc. • Must have a disciplined, methodical, minimalistapproach to designing and constructing layered software componentsthat can be embedded within larger frameworks or applications. •Experience implementing machine learning frameworks and librariessuch as MLflow • Experience with containers and containermanagements (docker, Kubernetes) • Experience developing cloudfirst solutions using Microsoft Azure Services including buildingmachine learning pipelines in Azure Machine Learning and/or Fabric,Hands-on experience in deploying machine learning pipelines withAzure Machine Learning SDK • Working knowledge of mathematics(primarily linear algebra, probability, statistics), andalgorithms. • Proficient at orchestrating large-scale ML/DL jobs,leveraging big data tooling and contemporary container orchestrationinfrastructure, to tackle distributed training and massive parallelmodel executions on cloud infrastructure.



• Experience designingcustom APIs for machine learning models for training and inferenceprocesses and designing, implementing, and delivering frameworksfor MLOps. • Experience with model lifecycle management andautomation to support retraining and model monitoring • Experienceimplementing and incorporating ML models on unstructured data usingcognitive services and/or computer vision as part of AI solutionsand workflows. • History of working with large scale modeloptimization and hyperparameter tuning, applied to ML/DL models. •Knowledge of enterprise SaaS complexities including security/accesscontrol, scalability, high availability, concurrency, onlinediagnoses, deployment, upgrade/migration, internationalization, andproduction support. • Knowledge of data engineering andtransformation tools and patterns such as Databricks, Spark, AzureData Factory • Ability to engage other technical experts at allorganizational levels and assess opportunities to apply machinelearning and analytics to improve business workflows and deliverinformation and insight to support business decisions. • Ability tocommunicate in a clear, concise, and understandable manner bothorally and in writing.
