Yourmain duties will include: - Greeting and welcoming passengers atthe boarding gate - Checking boarding passes and travel documentsto ensure they are valid - Assisting passengers with boardingprocedures and providing necessary information - Ensuring theboarding process is conducted in a timely and organized manner -Coordinating with other airport staff and departments to resolveany issues or concerns - Maintaining a high level of customerservice at all times - Handling any special requests oraccommodations for passengers - Ensuring the safety and security ofall passengers during the boarding process - Keeping the boardinggate area clean and organized - Providing support to other groundstaff as needed. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability towork in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Attention to detailand solid organizational skills - Ability to handle difficultsituations with patience and professionalism - Knowledge of airportprocedures and regulations is a plus - Fluency in English (bothwritten and verbal) - Must be willing to work flexible hours,including weekends and holidays.
