Our client is looking for a QA Engineer to join theirengineering team and support the quality of a data-driven platformthat includes web portals, dashboards, surveys, integrations, andSQL-based reporting pipelines. This role goes beyond testingbuttons and screens. You will be responsible for validating thatusers can navigate the portal smoothly, that dashboards showaccurate numbers, that surveys capture responses correctly, andthat the data behind the platform is trustworthy. What You Will DoTest web portal functionality built with Blazor, Bootstrap, and SSOauthentication . Validate login/logout flows, session timeouts,token refresh, role-based access, and access restriction scenarios.Review UI/UX consistency across desktop and tablet views, includingforms, modals, validations, and error messages. Test request forms,multi-step workflows, conditional fields, file uploads, backendsubmissions, and confirmation messages. Validate dashboard widgets,KPI cards, data grids, filters, date pickers, and CSV/PDF exportfunctionality. Test BI dashboards to ensure charts, tables,filters, drill-downs, tooltips, and exports display accurate data.Verify dashboard performance, especially when working with largedatasets or complex visualizations. Test survey flows, questiontypes, validation rules, submission logic, confirmation pages, andemail invitation links. Write and execute SQL queries to validaterow counts, aggregates, joins, data freshness, and data integrity.Compare data across sources such as SQL databases, Excel files, CSVexports, and dashboard outputs. Validate ETL and data pipelineprocesses to ensure information is correctly extracted,transformed, and loaded.



Perform cross-system testing to confirmthat portal actions, survey submissions, dashboards, and accesspermissions work together correctly. Work closely with theEngineering Manager, PM, and development team to identify,document, and follow up on defects. Requirements Experience: 3+years of QA experience testing web applications. SQL: 2+ years ofexperience writing and executing SQL queries for data validation.BI Testing: 1+ year of experience testing BI dashboards such asPower BI, Tableau, Looker, or custom dashboards. AuthenticationTesting: 1+ year of experience testing login, authentication,authorization, or SSO flows. Automation: Experience with Selenium,Playwright, or Cypress for UI testing. API Testing: Experienceusing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or Bruno. DataValidation: Ability to compare and validate data across multiplesources, including SQL results, CSV files, Excel files, anddashboard exports. Performance Testing: Familiarity with tools suchas JMeter or k6 to test dashboard or application load times.Debugging: Comfortable using Browser DevTools, including Networktab, console logs, and local storage inspection. Nice to HaveExperience testing applications built with Blazor or Bootstrap .Hands-on experience with Selenium or Playwright. Experiencevalidating ETL processes or reporting databases.
