You will be the first point of contact for passengers,ensuring a smooth and hassle-free journey through the airport. Yourmain duties will include assisting with check-in, boarding, andbaggage handling, as well as providing information and assistanceto passengers throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities: -Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates,and baggage claim areas - Ensure all passengers have valid traveldocuments and assist with any necessary paperwork - Handle andresolve any customer inquiries or complaints in a professional andtimely manner - Provide accurate and up-to-date information onflight schedules, delays, and gate changes - Assist with theboarding process, including verifying passenger tickets andboarding passes - Handle baggage,



including tagging, loading, andunloading onto the correct flights - Ensure the safety and securityof all passengers and their belongings at all times - Collaboratewith other airport staff, including ground crew and flightattendants, to ensure a smooth and efficient operation - Follow allcompany and industry regulations and procedures to maintain a safeand secure environment for all passengers and staff Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer serviceexperience is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonalskills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting -Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Must be able towork flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Must be ableto lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time - Must havea professional and friendly demeanor at all times If you are a teamplayer with a passion for providing exceptional customer service,we would love to hear from you.
