In this role, you will play a keypart in establishing and evolving our enterprise Master DataManagement (MDM) capability. You will design and implement robustmaster data solutions, governance frameworks, and data qualityprocesses that ensure trusted, consistent, and high-quality dataacross our global organization. By building a strong foundation fordata governance, you will enable better decision-making, support AIinitiatives, and drive business-wide digital transformation.Working closely with business stakeholders, data owners, solutionarchitects, and engineering teams, you will define enterprise datastandards, improve governance maturity, and enable data-drivendecision-making across the organization.



This is a uniqueopportunity to help shape Consilium's enterprise data foundationand play a key role in our AI and digital transformation journey.What You'll Do As a Master Data Management Engineer, you will:Design, implement, and continuously improve the organization'sMaster Data Management strategy, operating model, and governanceframework. Establish and maintain centralized master data solutionsacross key business domains. Define and maintain enterprise datastandards, business rules, naming conventions, taxonomies, and datamodels. Design and implement processes for master data creation,validation, approval, synchronization, and lifecycle management.Develop and maintain data quality frameworks, monitoringcapabilities, and remediation processes to ensure data accuracy,consistency, completeness, and integrity. Establish metadatamanagement and data lineage capabilities to improve transparencyand traceability across enterprise data assets. Collaborate withbusiness and IT teams to identify opportunities for datastandardization, process optimization, and automation. Partner withData Engineers, AI Engineers, ERP teams, and business stakeholdersto support digital transformation initiatives. Promote bestpractices in data governance, stewardship, and master datamanagement across the organization. Evaluate and recommend MDMtechnologies, governance tools, and industry best practices tocontinuously enhance our enterprise data capabilities. Provideguidance, documentation, and training to business users and datastewards on master data standards and governance processes. AboutYou We're looking for someone who is passionate about enterprisedata management and enjoys combining technical expertise withstrong stakeholder collaboration. You have: A Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, DataManagement, Engineering, or a related field.



At least 3 years ofexperience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, DataEngineering, or Enterprise Data Management. Proven experiencedesigning and implementing Master Data Management solutions andgovernance frameworks within complex enterprise environments.Solid understanding of master data domains such as Customer,Supplier, Product, Material, Finance, and Organizational data.Experience with MDM and data governance platforms such as MicrosoftPurview, Profisee, Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, or similartechnologies. Knowledge of data governance principles, metadatamanagement, data lineage, and data quality management. Experienceworking with relational databases, SQL, data integrationtechnologies, and enterprise data architectures. Familiarity withMicrosoft Azure, Fabric, Power Platform, or modern cloud-based dataplatforms is considered an advantage. Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills, with the abilityto collaborate across business and technology teams. Experienceworking in Agile environments is an advantage.
