Key Responsibilities Drive new business development and achieve assigned sales targets. Generate leads and build a robust client pipeline through networking, field visits and market mapping. Develop relationships with corporate, industrial, retail, warehouse, institutional and commercial clients . Conduct client meetings, understand requirements and prepare proposals, quotations and presentations. Handle negotiations, follow-ups and business closures. Develop existing client relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities . Maintain CRM, sales MIS,



lead trackers and regular activity reports. Coordinate with Operations, HR and Finance teams for smooth client onboarding and service implementation. Qualification & Experience ~ Minimum Graduate from a recognized institution. ~ MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing/Business Development will be an added advantage. ~5–7 years of experience in Sales & Business Development in the Security, Facility Management or Manpower Outsourcing industry . ~ Strong understanding of B2B and institutional sales . ~ Excellent English & Hindi communication skills . ~ Strong negotiation, presentation, networking and relationship-management skills. ~ Proficiency in MS Office, CRM and sales MIS . ~ Existing client network in Kolkata/West Bengal will be preferred. ~ Result-oriented, self-driven and willing to undertake field visits.
