Role Overview: We’re looking for an experienced andhands-on Team Lead/Manager to oversee a team supporting our RevenueOperations group. This team plays a critical role in maintainingdata integrity, supporting operational workflows, and ensuringreporting accuracy across systems. This role combines peopleleadership, technical expertise, and operational ownership. You’llpartner closely with Revenue Operations and Sales Compensationleaders to prioritize work, improve processes, and ensurehigh-quality execution. In addition to managing day-to-dayoperations, you’ll help identify opportunities to scale and enhancehow work gets done. What You’ll Do- Lead and Develop the Team ●Manage, coach, and develop a team responsible for data andadministrative operations ● Set clear priorities, monitorperformance, and ensure delivery against SLAs and quality standards● Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support team performanceand growth, while keeping stakeholders informed on progress,results,



and improvement areas; proactively address performancegaps to ensure consistent delivery ● Step in as needed to resolveescalations or unblock critical work Drive Revenue OperationsSupport ● Oversee data cleanup, validation, and governance acrosssystems ● Ensure data accuracy and consistency to support reliablereporting and forecasting ● Partner with NA Rev Ops stakeholders toalign on priorities, capacity, and timelines ● Proactively identifyrisks or gaps in data processes and address them Translate andOperationalize Business Needs ● Partner with cross-functionalstakeholders to understand business requirements ● Break downcomplex requests into clear, structured workflows for the team ●Drive process improvements to reduce manual effort and increaseefficiency ● Establish and maintain documentation to ensureconsistency and scalability Support Sales Compensation Operations ●Collaborate with Sales Compensation on data validation andoperational support ● Ensure compensation-related data is accurate,complete, and audit-ready ● Help resolve discrepancies and supportcompensation cycles with minimal disruption ● Proactively establishand manage an ongoing data validation and scrubbing cadencethroughout the period, ensuring data accuracy and completeness wellahead of payout deadlines rather than relying on end-of-cyclecleanup Required skills: ● 8+ years of experience in RevenueOperations, Sales Operations, or a related field ● 3+ years ofpeople management or supervisory experience ● Solid technicalskills, including advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets andexperience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) ● 2+ years ofhands-on Salesforce (SFDC) experience, including reporting, datamanagement (export, cleanup, validation), pipeline oversight, andmaintaining data integrity ● Proficient in English, written andspoken ● Comfortable working with large datasets, including cleanupand validation ● Able to understand business context and translateit into clear instructions
