About the Role

Bhuta Shah & Co. LLP is looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to manage and grow the firm's digital presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing LinkedIn/company pages, creating skilled Canva posts, developing content, and supporting digital marketing activities.

The candidate will work closely with the marketing and management teams to communicate the firm's services, achievements, events, employee initiatives, and industry insights through engaging and professional digital content.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the firm's LinkedIn/company social media page.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Create professional and engaging Canva creatives, posts, carousels, banners, and announcements.
- Develop content around the firm's services, including Audit, Taxation, Advisory, Risk Management, Compliance, and Business Consulting.
- Write engaging captions, headlines, and social media copy suitable for a professional CA firm.
- Publish and schedule content across relevant digital platforms.
- Create content for company updates, employee achievements, events, festivals, recruitment, client-related initiatives, and industry developments.
- Monitor social media engagement, reach, impressions, and other basic performance metrics.
- Research current social media trends and identify opportunities to improve the firm's digital presence.




- Coordinate with internal teams to collect information and convert it into suitable social media content.
- Assist with basic video editing/Reels for LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Maintain consistency in the firm's brand identity, tone, colours, and communication style.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and other online branding initiatives.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn/company page management.
- Strong knowledge of Canva and social media creative design.
- Good English writing and communication skills.
- Understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Ability to create professional posts, carousels, infographics, and short-form content.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar software is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Advertising, or a related field.

1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing/social media management.

Experience handling a B2B, professional services, finance, accounting, consulting, legal, or corporate brand will be an added advantage.

Candidates should have a portfolio or examples of social media creatives/content they have worked on.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the firm's social media presence — from "What should we post?" to "Let's design it, publish it, and track the results."

Pay: ₹10,233.07 - ₹25,000.00 per month
