Production & Operations Management

* Oversee daily manufacturing and filling operations across hot-pour, liquid, semi-solid, and pressed powder lines.

* Execute production schedules to meet delivery targets while minimizing downtime, cycle times, and scrap rates.

* Lead bulk manufacturing processes, mass-toning, scale-ups, and process optimization for current product launches (NPI) in coordination with R&D.;

* Manage line clearance, batch record (BMR/BPR) sign-offs, and batch size adjustments.

Quality Control & Shade Matching

* Ensure strict adherence to color-matching specifications, shade standardization, and visual/texture parameters.

* Partner with QA/QC teams to maintain continuous compliance with cGMP, ISO 22716, and FDA cosmetic manufacturing guidelines.

* Lead root-cause analysis (RCA), CAPA implementation, and investigation of out-of-specification (OOS) batches.

Process Optimization & Machinery Maintenance

* Supervise the operation and maintenance of bulk processing vessels, triple-roll mills, powder compactors, hot-pour filling lines,



and automated assembly equipment.

* Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) methodologies to drive yield improvement and reduce waste.

Team Leadership & Resource Management

* Direct, train, and mentor production supervisors, line leaders, and machine operators across multi-shift operations.

* Manage workforce allocation, raw material stage-dispensing, and operational budgeting.

* Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (EHS) and plant hygiene protocols.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) across filling and assembly lines.

* First-Pass Yield (FPY) for color matching and bulk formulation.

* On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) delivery against master production schedules.

* Batch Rejection / Rework Rates maintained below target thresholds.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
