- Counsel students and working professionals for UG and PG programs based on their academic and career goals.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert prospective students into enrollments.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Explain course curriculum, eligibility, fees, career opportunities, and admission process.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email to drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate student records and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly counselling, conversion, and enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for admissions and documentation.
- Provide a positive and professional counselling experience throughout the admission journey.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 10–12 months or more of experience in Academic Counselling / Education Sales.
- Must have hands-on experience counselling students for UG and PG programs.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
- Must know at least one South Indian regional language such as Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of CRM and basic computer applications.
- Candidates from EdTech, Higher Education, Online Education, or Study/Admissions Counselling backgrounds are preferred.
