Job Description – Store Management Executive

Position: Store Management Executive

Location: Guwahati

Experience: 1–3 years in Store Management / Warehouse / Retail Operations

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

Working Days: 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations, including stock receiving, storage, issuance, and movement.

- Handle inwarding of new stock and verify quantity, product condition, and supporting documents.

- Check received shipments against invoices/challans and report any damaged, short, or missing items.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock tagging and documentation.

- Conduct regular physical stock counts, inventory audits, and cycle counts.

- Identify and investigate stock discrepancies and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.

- Maintain proper records of stock transfers, returns, damaged goods, and adjustments.

- Operate billing, inventory, POS, or ERP software such as SAP, Tally, LOGIC ERP, Zoho, or similar systems.

- Ensure proper storage, organization, and security of inventory within the store.





- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, procurement, and operations teams for smooth stock movement.

- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly inventory and store-related reports.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and inventory control processes.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of inventory and store management.

- Experience in stock inwarding, GRN, stock reconciliation, and physical verification.

- Basic knowledge of Excel and ERP/POS systems.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

- Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.

- Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day store activities.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in retail stores, electronics, FMCG, grocery, fashion, warehouse, or inventory operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
