- Role: Retail Store Sales Executive
- Objective: Deliver exceptional customer service, drive in-store revenue, maintain visual merchandising standards, and meet team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

- Greet customers warmly and guide them through their shopping journey.
- Listen to customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features, pricing, benefits, and after-sales options.
- Upsell complementary items and share active discount promotions.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and weekly sales goals.

Store Operations & Merchandising

- Keep shelves, racks, and displays fully stocked and organized.
- Maintain clean sales floor standards and follow visual merchandising rules.
- Process customer purchases accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Operational Management: Managing daily store operations, inventory levels, ordering stock,



and ensuring compliance with security and safety protocols.
- Customer Experience: Resolving customer complaints, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a welcoming, well-merchandised store.
- Marketing and promotional Support: Retain and attract existing and current customers to the store by offering different services, schemes through in-store promotions, word of mouth and digital marketing with the help of Marketing team

Preferred Candidate Profile and Skills:

- 2-6 years of proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or counter sales.
- Good interpersonal skills and an approachable, positive attitude.
- Ability to learn and explain detailed product specs quickly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
