Location: Pune (Hybrid – Kharadi)

Must-Have Skills: SAP FI/CO, SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP ECC, Cross-Module Integration (MM/SD/PP), Minimum 2 End-to-End SAP Implementations

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Consultant to join our SAP practice. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling, with expertise in configuration, implementation, enhancements, and production support.

This is a client-facing functional role involving collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP teams to deliver scalable solutions across finance and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP FI modules including General Ledger (New GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
- Configure and support SAP CO modules including Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
- Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support projects.
- Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications and solution blueprints.
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and provide SAP best-practice recommendations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver effective SAP solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of FI/CO with MM, SD, PP, and HR/Payroll modules.
- Support testing, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, process documentation, and user guides.
- Participate in client meetings,



solution discussions, and project delivery activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO.
- Experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations or major upgrade projects.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO configuration.
- Experience with General Ledger (New GL), AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
- Strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Candidates with solid SAP ECC experience and readiness to work on S/4HANA will also be considered.
- Good understanding of cross-module integration with MM, SD, PP, and HR/Payroll.
- Experience in business requirement gathering, functional documentation, testing, and production support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a client-facing setting.

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to SAP Central Finance (CFIN).
- Experience with SAP Group Reporting or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Familiarity with UK/GCC tax configurations, including VAT and Withholding Tax.
- Experience working with global delivery teams.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Key Requirement

Candidates must have 4–6 years of SAP FI/CO experience with a minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects. Strong experience in both FI and CO, along with cross-module integration knowledge, is mandatory.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
