Merchandiser: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to manage product development, sampling, production coordination, and buyer communication. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure timely delivery of quality products.

Job Description:

- Coordinate with buyers and understand product requirements and specifications.
- Manage the complete product development and sampling process.
- Follow up with vendors and production teams for timely sample and bulk production.
- Prepare and maintain costing sheets, order details, and production trackers.
- Coordinate with design, sourcing, and quality teams to ensure product compliance.
- Monitor production timelines and ensure on-time delivery of orders.
- Handle order confirmations, purchase orders, and shipment documentation.
- Maintain merchandising reports and update management on order status.
- Ensure packaging, labelling,



and product specifications are as per buyer requirements.
- Resolve production-related issues in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.

Role: Merchandiser

Academics & Qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduation / MBA – Sales and Marketing

Work Experience: 2 to 5 Years of Experience in Sales, Home Décor preferred.

Functional Skills: Good communication - both verbal and written is a must. (English & Hindi) Depth knowledge in Microsoft Excel and working experience in ERP systems.

Personal Skills: Having the passion to learn current things quickly and being able to adapt to a challenging environment is preferred.
