We are a growing digital marketing agency, seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Team Lead to handle our end-to-end digital marketing efforts. If you live and breathe SEO, social media, ads, and data-driven marketing, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page elements, improve site rankings, and build high-quality backlinks.
- SMM (Social Media Marketing): Develop and execute strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok. Manage daily posting, engagement, and growth.
- Paid Ads Management: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X ads, and other platforms to maximize ROI.
- Graphic Creation & Post Design: Create or coordinate visuals, creatives, and graphics for ads, posts, and campaigns using tools like Canva.
- Content & Post Creation: Write engaging ad copies, captions, and blog content aligned with brand voice and SEO strategy.
- Email Marketing: Build and execute email campaigns (newsletters, drip sequences, promotions) using tools like Mailchimp,



Klaviyo, HubSpot, or MailerLite.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and ad platform dashboards.
- Marketing Tools Knowledge: Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), social media tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite), and A/B testing tools.
- Team management and client reporting by coordinating with the managerial team to onboard new projects.

Requirements

- 2+ years of digital marketing experience
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- 360° marketing understanding
- Experience with AI tools & automation
- Ability to manage, mentor and drive a team

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
