About the Role
As a Sr. Team Leader – Client Service, you will oversee a team of client service executives, ensure
seamless delivery of client projects and foster strong relationships. This role requires leadership,
strategic thinking, and the ability to guide both clients and team members toward success. You’ll be
responsible for driving client satisfaction, mentoring your team, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of client service executives, providing guidance, coaching, and

performance feedback.

- Act as the escalation point for client concerns, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining trust.
- Oversee client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the

highest quality standards.

- Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and presentations to strengthen relationships and

identify growth opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions tailored to client needs.
- Monitor team performance, set goals, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices in client servicing.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or any other related field.
- 7+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success, with at

least 3 years in a supervisory role.





- Proven track record of managing client accounts and leading teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle complex client requirements and high-pressure situations with maturity.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on both client satisfaction and business growth.
